Harrod’s is known for being that upscale department store in the middle of London and although I have never been to the city, I’ve heard of it time and time again. So when I found out that Suria KLCC housed Harrod’s Café, I knew that we just had to have brunch there.
First day in the city, I had Mcdonald’s; second day: Japanese, third: I had Thai, and fourth day: we decided to have English food. Needless to say, I can’t really stick to just one cuisine/food for the obvious reason that I love food too much! As we were browsing through the menu, it was rather hard to decide on what to eat considering everything on the menu sounded so good! We both had beef bacon, which was just too hard to resist.
Our orders: Bread Basket, Eggs, Bacon, and Toast. All so good!I barely remember how much our food cost, but the average spend per person for light brunch is RM30-40; about RM10-20 more for dinner, maybe. Everything we tried was good and did not fail to impress. The ambiance was perfect for brunch and very well reminded me of Sarabeth’s in New York, where my cousins and I had the most perfect brunch on our last day in NY; it’s unfortunate that I wasn’t too keen on taking photos of food and restaurants back then though.
If you find yourself in Kuala Lumpur craving for a good brunch and you’re willing to spend a bit more than usual, then dine in Harrod’s Café in Suria KLCC! Before heading back to our hotel for our luggage, we took a few photos in front of the beautiful Christmas Tree in KLCC, the biggest one in the country, as we bid farewell to the beautiful city of Kuala Lumpur.Harrods Café
